IDPC's work plan for 2010 and 2011 is shaped by the following strategic directions which flow from our renewed vision and mission:

1. Develop and strengthen the Consortium’s governance and communications, in order to support our members and the wider policy community to share experience, knowledge and best practices.
2. Build and maintain respectful and effective relationships with international and national level policy makers to facilitate the advocacy efforts of IDPC members.
3. Enhance IDPC's capacity to inform the international drug policy debate through research, analysis, briefing materials and consultation services.
