This international seminar will take place in Lima, Peru on February 8.  Organised by the Center for the Investigation of Drugs and Human Rights (CIDDH), the Transnational Institute (TNI) and the Washington Office on Latin America (WOLA), the event includes officials and experts from Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador and Peru.
